Each of Us Is a Leader

Who do you lead?

children . . . spouse . . . aging parents . . .

friends . . . siblings . . . employees . . .

sports teams . . . clubs . . . & more.

Leadership Success begins with . . . LEADING YOURSELF!

According to Steven Covey, “Leadership is communicating to people their worth and potential so clearly that they come to see it themselves.” This is the essence of the kind of leadership that influences and truly endures. It makes a significant difference in your family, business & life!

You might say, “I don’t see myself as a leader.” If so, perhaps you underestimate the impact you have on others. You may have seen or experienced how an ineffective leader negatively impacted a family or business. An effective leader can change the dynamics of a business or family organization. Effective leaders know how to build trust, cooperation and understanding which directly lead to more fulfilling relationships and profitable businesses.

Amazingly . . . Leadership CAN be learned!

Pulled in Many Directions

Women are multi-dimensional and pulled in many directions … Business, Family, Friends, Church, Networking Associations, Charities, Finance… even home repairs and maintenance.

  • Feel torn between your children’s requests and your work?
  • Does the dream of being an entrepreneur turn into a nightmare when your spouse doesn’t share your dream?
  • How would you like to wake up with your business and your family running smoothly on a daily basis?

Women Entrepreneurs often start their own business because they want the flexibility to be involved in their children’s lives while earning an income. They value a strong, cohesive family yet don’t want to lose their skills in the workforce. By trying to honor their values there is a great “juggle & struggle” between business and family.  They are torn between being capable business women and loving dedicated parents. Neither role is as fulfilling or as profitable as it could be.

Avoidance Causes Trouble

As “Life Happens” responsibilities grow more frustrating and draining. Conflict and overwhelm infiltrate and it becomes easier to avoid what’s most draining.

In business, when avoidance builds the bottom line suffers.

In families, when frustration, overwhelm and avoidance build, people and relationships suffer.  Communication among family members dwindles and children, especially teens, become less likely to ask parents for help when then make mistakes. As teens need help and avoid their parents, they look to others, who don’t have their best interests in mind. Sadly, you won’t know that your child needs help. This downward spiral can significantly impact a family, but it doesn’t have to.

Learning what you can do to become an effective leader will allow your children to make more responsible choices. When they do make mistakes they will feel confident to trust YOU for help. As you effectively lead them they will learn to lead themselves. This can positively impact your children for generations to come.

Can one person make a difference? YES! and that person can be YOU!

It IS possible to have a happy, thriving family &

successful business at the same time!

How I’m different from other coaches

There are many wonderful business, leadership and relationship coaches out there. I know many personally! A good business coach will focus on the needs of your business so your business soars. Family coaches target intimate personal relationships. Rarely do they focus equally on both from a Woman Entrepreneur’s perspective. Additionally, leadership tools are interwoven into both areas.

I partner with you to focus on what you need and when you need it to find peace in all areas of your life. Bridging the gap between business and family will enable you to not only have a flourishing sustainable business but also successful fulfilling relationships. You will see what action you can take to build that bridge and put the pieces together of your complete, unified and peaceful picture together.
