Darcy Volden Hoag’s post below is very powerful and so true! You cannot punish yourself to success! We can release what’s holding us back any time. An analogy I use with my clients that is similar is of a hot air balloon. The sand bags are the negative things that hold us down from soaring with the eagles! When we are ready we can untie and drop the sandbags to fly higher and higher on our journey.

I was written about in all kinds of books and magazines for my pioneering efforts in helping women and mom entrepreneurs. I felt on top of the world! And I knew without a doubt I was well on my way.
