It’s hard letting go at any age. I remember it being particularly difficult at 5, 11, 16, 20. Looking back it was about every 4-6 years! Each time it felt like they were going FOREVER! I realized they are like boomerangs! They return when you throw them! They can’t return if they’re not thrown!
Every time I throw my boomerangs I get better at throwing and they come back stronger each and every time! I didn’t think it was possible, but I love my boys more each and every day!
