Why “Ansen Leadership Development”?
I considered many names for my coaching business, but I kept coming back to Ansen. Ansen was my Dad’s corporate plumbing business derived from my Mother’s first name, Ann, and my Father’s last name, Senftinger.
My parents instilled in me a sense of family security based on unwavering encouragement, support and love. My parent’s legacy has been a gift to me and my family. It is the foundation of who I am and the coaching I provide to parents, teens, and families.
Dad has since retired, so I acquired the family business name. Mother said, “It was good luck for us and it will be for you, too!” I love you Mom & Dad!
