Our Stories Begins on Page One

This is dedicated to my dear friend Lisa who encouraged me to start a positive intention journal of what I wanted to manifest in my life. That was in 2007 and it is with deep heartfelt gratitude that I share this story with you.

The thought of writing anything in a journal made me uneasy. I didn’t see myself as a writer. Writing was always something that was challenging for me and I didn’t enjoy doing it. Yet, as I spoke with my friend about the power of positive intentions I thought I could write a list of wants rather than use sentences and paragraphs. Letting go of our kids

It’s hard letting go at any age. I remember it being particularly difficult at 5, 11, 16, 20. Looking back it was about every 4-6 years! Each time it felt like they were going FOREVER! I realized they are like boomerangs! They return when you throw them! They can’t return if they’re not thrown!
